Wonderful 3 course meal out last night with hubby, sis-in-law and her hubby. About 250 cals over RDI for the day, but well worth it!! :)
Today I am attempting some damage limitation!!!

Almuerzo:
Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tesco Reduced Fat Houmous, Kallo Corn Cakes, Dolce Gusto Cafe Au Lait.
Cena:
Banana, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Turkey Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Gravy.
Pasa Bocas / Otros:
Dried Prune, Tesco Apple Juice, Biscuit, Cadbury Dairy Milk.

That's pretty good for a meal out! I think my calories go far over 250 when we go out. Glad you had a wonderful time 🙂

Quite happy with today's "damage limitation" but I was extremely hungry by 5.30!!
