Diario de loosinisfun, 13 ene. 10

goooood mornin everyone...kept busy again yesterday...did an inside walk, then a grocery store, then walmart all before lunch time...then went to brians to help him..he needed help holdin a window glass up while he put the window motor bck in the door...i held the glass an aggravated him...lol...then came home an took the rest of the evening off...just seemed to hurt all over so much yesterday..feel fine today, but thinkin of takin the day off to let my knees have a break, as they was hurtin alot yesterday...weighed in..weight is back up that .5 but figure its just cause i was hurtin so bad yesterday...todays plan is to just enjoy the day...been decent here last few days...alot warmer..in the 30s ..makes you forget its winter time with the warmer temps...rest up a day an then hit it again tommarow...brian called me last night ...i had fallen asleep watchin tv...told me someone had called about the 4 runner...wanting to see it to possible buy it...so headed out there this morning for a few minutes, then back home to just take it easy...so ...have a great day... an enjoy the warmer temps headed your way....

Yep....easy on the knees! Funny that we all think 30 is warm....reminds me of the days in north western canada...-40 to -50 was the norm in winter...when it warmed up -10 to -20 - seemed a heat wave had arrived and it was shirt sleeve weather! Gonna be in the 40's here Friday and just so happens to be my day off!! NICE Have a really restful and focused day....huggies..>D
