wow, I had the most exhausting weekend ever, but it was great nonetheless. I learned a lot of things @ the BeachBody event, met tons of very nice and inspiring people, and I'm looking forward to seeing how far I can go both with my health/fitness, but my business plans as well. I have never been more excited about an opportunity that's its exciting and scary at the same time. It's amazing how the people you're around affect your choices. As soon as I got into Boston, my travel partner Michelle and I had dinner w. a really important BBody couple, and a few people from the corporate office. Let me tell you I have never been at a table where everyone ordered a salad! The bread and butter came and no one even looked/touched it! (I gave in after 40mins, but I had survived off celery sticks and hummus and chicken on the whole ride up, so whatever, lol). I had some popcorn in my room, and after regrouping after dinner I didn't let myself go to bed without getting some cardio in. I forced myself to go to the gym @ 11pm and do at least 30minutes, I was so proud of myself. Being around healthy and fit people is contagious and in such a good way. The next day we got up early for the event, which was an all day seminar on the business opportunity and how to be successful at it. With no time for breakfast I noshed on more celery and hummus, chicken breasts, and when I missed lunch while talking, I hit up the lobby for healthy snacks and had a Kashi granola bar and a bottle of water. Granted, I didn't want to be that person to bring in regular Coke, chips, candy, etc, I mean my business is about health and fitness, right? It was such an easy choice, and I was so excited b/c the Kashi bar was just as satisfying if not more than my Sour Cream and Cheddar chips would be. I had also rec'd my HCG and it was my first 'load up day' so tech I could've eaten whatever I wanted. Unfortunately, there wasn't a dvd in my room. I think I should've had a better Plan B, but I was trying to pack light and I got in a workout anyways so i won't give myself too much grief.

Picture Time! I was finally able to upload the pictures I had on my digi camera, its amazing I've only lost like 14-16lbs since September.

Tami French is my new body idol! I love her she is soo nice, and its my goal to have arms like hers (so cut/sculpted that you can see she has nice arms through her long sleeve shirt!) She also has four children, so I have no excuses lol.

25th Bday

Before Slim in 6

I couldn't even walk in these jeans! and by Day 6-7 I wore them outside! :)

At the end of Slim in 6 and the weekend before I started RevAbs--I thought I looked 'good'

+ My thinner picture w. Robin Thicke

So, I must agree abs are made in the kitchen. Thank god I chose and stuck with good programs, I was/am able to get good results even when my eating isn't the best. I love that I have the potential to do even better though, so I'm making a commitment to my diet as well. As my coach says you can't get something for nothing, so I'm going to have to stop rationalizing and making excuses. I'm only cheating myself when I make poor decisions, and trust me I feel it. I was allowed to eat 'bad' foods so when I got back home I indulged in pizza and such with my friends, and I am feeling it today. I had my gallon of water though and chicken breasts so I'm getting back on track, yay!

Your pictures are great as usual. Damn I have to get a camera! Glad you had a great weekend. Sounds like you are definitely kicking it up a notch. I received your email and responded to it a few minutes ago. I also sent the email off to teambeachbody so I will wait for their response. If you receive something before me let me know. Enjoy your day!
