Diario de loosinisfun, 26 dic. 11

yawn....goooooood mornin...finding it hard to get with it this morning...took forever to get to sleep last night...finally got up an took an aleve just to relax me enough to fall asleep...hate takin anything..but if i cant sleep i sometimes will take one to relax me...since i got a pair of longjohn bottoms for xmas...plan on using them this morning along with long john tops and do a morning walk..27 outside this morning...so that means 2 layers at least...guess tomow im gonna have to record another gain...just cant seem to get the weight back down where it was...guess all the sugar is catching up with me...so just easier to record it an move on...knowing its only short term gains...then after walk, have some errands to do..but depending on how crowded it is at the stores, bank, might put that off for a day or 2...gotta take one present back an exchange it...not to bad...just one...well...need to make the bed..finish breakfast...an get layered up...just never easy to get in the mood to step out in that cold air first thing in the morning...regardless of how many layers you have on...hope you had a greatttttttttt xmas....

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
8. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!

Happy Monday Loosin... Brrr, I would have a hard time bundling up for a walk ... Maybe ride the bike to nowhere until it warms up a tad. ;-) Record the gain if it is significant and makes you feel better and if you don't feel it will be a fast moving drop... Then move on! Hopefully the cookies are gone and any other temptations. Time to get back on the horse and continue your ride down the path of weight loss success!

After noon Loosin..the only time I get out for a long period of time if its that cold is to feed the cows...and that takes about 45 minutes.. but you just have to bundle up and go on...only one gift to take back is great...:O)
