Oh dear. Monday to Friday I stayed around my 1,400 calorie goal but today and yesterday have caused my weekly average to reach 1,700 calories. there will be no weight loss after all that. I find it so hard to stick to my goal by the end of the week. 😰😰

I know how that is I find that if I sip on soup or broth here and there thru the day and before dinner I eat less and better choices
