Diario de loosinisfun, 24 dic. 11

gooooooooood mornin...decided last night to take a day off from walking..i knew from the weather man last night that it was gonna be to dang cold to get layered up...and also my knees was botherin me yesterday..so with all the hints..i slept in this morning...29 with a wind chill of 23...brrr...just makes me cold typing it...slowly gaining weight...im sure its all them dang cookies that are slowly getting weeded outta the house...be glad when they are all gone..even though im not eating as many as i once did..they are still tempting...think i had like 3-4 yesterday...not all that many..but still had em...the plan today...just take it easy...an rest up the knees ...might take tomow off as well...not sure yet...with all the steps over the last several days...a day or two off is good...just so hard to take days off even when i kno its good for my body...odd how we get so use to exercising...an even miss it once we get in that habit...and the days i dont get a morning walk, i just dont feel the same as the days i do get one...well...time to get this day started once again....hope everyone is having a greatttttttttt week and happy holidays to all....

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
8. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!!

Morning Loosin...yes listen to your body..your knees will thank you for it...I too will be glad when all the temptations are gone for good. I have big plans for this old girl in 2012..I want to make this coming year the best for me and my DH..We deserve to be healthy...Take care of you and rest up..:O)

Hello Loosin! Don't be so hard on yourself. You have done a great job this year and will continue to do so in 2012! The goodies and holidays will be gone soon and you can really focus on you and your health! Don't aggravate the joints ... Way too painful so take care of yourself. Enjoy your day and stay warm!
