Well I am having very serious degistive issues thanks to poor diet, not drinking even close to enough water and no excercise. Obviously I have gained weight from bad habits but the internal issues have gotten so painful that I'm having to make changes just to feel better. I'm not terribly overweight so that hasn't been a very motivating factor for me. But the actual health issues are enough to do it. :(
