I've been doing very well with keeping under 2000 calories a day, but I still need to work out a bit more. I'm finding friends to go to the gym with, and once our schedules are set, that will be great. I did get 1/2 an hour of dancing in today, and I can already feel the tenderness in my thigh muscles and arms. I don't want to obsess over the scale, so I'll try weighing in every friday.
