Ahh I feel so crappy. I desperately need to eat better, again! I don't really want to go so drastically low on carbs again, maybe try to keep them around 100g a day instead of the 25-30 I was doing. But I lost so much weight doing that, I guess holidays came and went and I did eat carbs that I shouldn't have and now I'm having a hard time getting back into the no carb thing. I actually have a taste for whole wheat bread and grains. For me that is a breakthrough in and of itself. I have never like wheat ANYTHING! But anyway, i am trying to fighure out what is right and what will get me to where I want to be.
