the general thing seems to be going well. I'm not really trying too hard just eating sensible and cutting out the booze, which makes me feel better in my self. All I need to do is not binge at the weekend and I'll be fine. I sneeked on the sclaes this morning but different scales so I'm not classing it as a weigh in but they showed something like 1/2kg loss on last week. Christmas starts in two weeks today (really) so I've got two weeks. It won't be 80kg by then but possible somewhere between 82 and 83 which would make me happy.
