so basically it works like this. I am on a sensible but not very major diet during the week and party quite hard at the weekend. I reckon 82kg by Xmas is possible even at this rate. I'm weighing in about once every two weeks, but no rush, I just want to see myself settle down. The removal of alcohol week days is a major difference to my calorie intake (even three pints a day is about 3000 calories a week) so we'll see. Weigh in this time next week
