Diario de bradek, 17 may. 07

Here is my phase 2, day 2 (FS day 11, Thursday, 17th May):

09:30 am - oatmeal, low-fat milk
01:00 am - one apple, one bananna, puffed brown rice cake
04:00 pm - chicken steak with zucchini/tomato sauce
07:00 pm - fresh strawberries

With 45min of bicycle workout.

I have decided to weigh-in every monday morning, so I won't be disappointed if I do it more often. Are there any recommendations for the weigh-in interval for phase 2?

Once a week is best for anyone's sanity in my opinion. Anymore than that and you get missled by the boddy's natural fluctuations.

I agree, one day a week because as a woman we have water weight and hormonal flucuations thorougout the day. By weighing once a week at the same time-every week it helps you keep better track of your weight loss. The best time is when you first awake and empty your bladder. Make sure to make note of the day and time and keep a record of the loss. My day is Thursday. Then post your weight in the weekly weigh in forum under the day you way in.

Once a week works for me because you'd be really surprised to see how your weight fluctuates from day to day. If you need to weigh yourself more, I recommend every two days or so.
