I started my weight loss journey at a whopping 340 pounds. I'm now down to 246. Each pound lost is a victory within itself, and now that I have less to lose it's so much harder to achieve that victory. My next goal is 240, which i hope to achieve within the next 2 weeks. 100 POUNDS DOWN! So Exciting!!! I love having goals to look forward to achieving
