FINALLY! Down a Pound! Just about at the end of my 8 week program, but this is NOT the end...IT IS ONLY THE BEGINNING!
I have been very busy and spent time supporting member's journal entries but haven't written in a while. I keep tracking my food and although my weight loss is not HUGE or FAST, it is steady. 3 solid inches are gone and 6 pounds of FAT...not just weight!
I know my food choices may not always be ultra healthy, but they are not junk or ultra bad. I have had no real cravings and only went over my calories a day or two per week and not by much. MOST of ALL, I am HAPPY and FEEL GREAT!
Initially, I LOATHED crunches and core strength training...and I could hardly do any....but week by week I became stronger and more confident. Its amazing what pushing yourself just a bit can accomplish. Its also amazing what resting and treating yourself kindly can do as well. HEY BUDDIES, HAVE A GREAT SATURDAY!
