Had my "Magical Breakfast Blaster" for breakfast. Next time I need to put my glasses on......I accidentally doubled the flaxseed oil so I tasted it too much, and I didn't use enough soy powder. It said a "scoop", so I just used a little tablespoon size scoop. Later, when I had my glasses on, I saw that a "scoop" is 1/3 cup!! haha! It wasn't bad though. Then my daughter arrived and we went and walked for 30 minutes, and about froze our faces off. Good first day start off!! Yay!
