I started phase 1 again on Sunday and am doing pretty good. I'm still working out 5 days a week. I'm up to 1hr on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weights. I've increased all my weights. The weight is slowly coming off, but that's okay.

Comentarios 
I've had some fairly average weeks lately. I am also thinking of going back to phase 1. Won't be pleasant but will get results.
