I need to move more.

My goal for next week, starting tomorrow, is to walk for at least 10 minutes even if it's just to the corner and back.

Not going out is making more nervous when I do go out because of my anxiety. I'll try for early in the morning tomorrow and then maybe before kids start waiting for buses Monday through Friday.

*deep breath* OK I (think) I can do this!
