I feel you completely. Sweets are my weakness too. By a long shot. I think you have the right attitude about it though. We have to leave the indulgences in the past and move forward. That is great you are planning to get a workout in today, me too =)
Don't give the sweets are that door another bad thought. It is over. I think what gets people more times than the indulgences is the constant pressure they put on themselves about it. Then before you know it you feel so bad you keep the door cracked and the sweets don't stop. So no more beating yourself up. It is behind us and now you are walking throught the other door that leads us to our workout. We don't even see the door to the bad thoughts anymore.
