Diario de Honestly, 26 nov. 11

Opened the door just a crack for a little thanksgiving dessert and and the sucker swung WIDE open. I have eatten recklousely the past two days. 1/3 of my days calories for breakfast this morning! Gotta stop the madness before anymore damage is done. Stopped for a donut before black Friday shopping yesturday. Couldn't tell you the last time I ate a donut. Guess I thought I had a free pass cause it was Thanksgiving. Sweets are definately my weakness. Sweets and spelling obviously. Well all I can do is bear down from here. Gotta get some exercise in today. Working up a sweat exercise. Must find the key to lock that damn door too. One is one too many, One more is never enough. Lesson learned? Probably not with this human. But I am a bit wiser.

That's happened to me - before I quit eating processed foods! (that never happens on an apple, carrot etc). Don't blame yourself. The food industry laces food with so many additives, chemicals, etc that if plays havoc on our taste buds and our minds.

I feel you completely. Sweets are my weakness too. By a long shot. I think you have the right attitude about it though. We have to leave the indulgences in the past and move forward. That is great you are planning to get a workout in today, me too =) Don't give the sweets are that door another bad thought. It is over. I think what gets people more times than the indulgences is the constant pressure they put on themselves about it. Then before you know it you feel so bad you keep the door cracked and the sweets don't stop. So no more beating yourself up. It is behind us and now you are walking throught the other door that leads us to our workout. We don't even see the door to the bad thoughts anymore.

Sweets are my weakness too! My falimy don't make Pumpkin Pie.. We make sweat potato pie.. so umm yea I've had 3 slices in the past week! A guy that I work with gave me skittles.. sabatage I tell yah! You're funny by the way..
