Diario de Critical_CVT, 24 nov. 11

Alright, so I've already been told I'm insane for starting a diet on Thanksgiving, but I've never been one for following the crowd :) Besides, I'm working all day so how hard can this be?! I've done the whole South Beach diet thing before and lost a bit of weight the first time, then quickly gained it and a few pounds more back and haven't been able to stick with the diet since then. Have tried the calorie counting, the whole "making healthy choices" thing and nothing seems to stick. So I have finally become frustrated enough that I am bound and determined to make it work this time! This time, while I'm following the Southbeach diet guidelines, I'm using my own recipes and still counting calories on top of it. My goal is to lose weight while still enjoying what I'm eating and not feel as though I'm depriving myself of what I really want or totally cutting my throat. We'll see how well this works out this time around!
