Happy Thanksgiving! I am grateful that I finally started my weight loss journey. I am thankful for my family and the support they give to me, especially my handsome husband. I am so blessed to have him in my life.
Today I will enjoy the time with my family, instead of the time with the food. I will make conscious decisions regarding the food that I eat.
