Diario de loosinisfun, 23 nov. 11

GOOOOOOOOD WEDNESDAY MORNIN...went to store yesterday and only bout what was on my list...had to go in the rain...store was packed guess everyone was getting last minute supplies before thanksgiving...wish i didnt have to go to walmart today...it will be just as bad...so not really lookin forward to it...45 at the moment and only 53 for a high today...but rain is suppose to be over till weekend an then more on the way...possible snow showers this time around...but ground is to warm for it to stick...im really having trouble adjusting to colder weather this year...just cant seem to get warm enough unless i constintly wear a long sleeve insulated shirt...just cant seem to get warm less i do...figure it workin off the weight that is the cause of my body feeling colder...hope it adjusts eventually....well...that time of day again...make the bed...and do breakfast...get this day started once again...plan to layer up an do a morning walk before i head to walmart...2191 in steps yesterday not all that many ...but a rainy day...have a greattttt day...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I HAVE TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!!
10. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
11. WEIGHING MYSELF EACH MORNING...IS A GREAT WAY OF KNOWING WHERE MY WEIGHT IS FOR THE DAY...

brrrr...just got home from that morning walk...foggy outside again this morning...glad i wore my reflective cover over my dark blue hoodie...people just dont look when they drive anymore...with the sidewalks being muddy from yesterdays rain i walked in the road more then usual...one good thing about the reflective cover...you can tell when people actually see you from far away...lol...

thanks jav...yeah shopping is steps, but when you follow a list, and you know where stuff is...less steps inside...fighting the crowd..i hate crowded situations...and noisy places...so the plan is to go early when most people are still making out their lists...lol...have a great day back at you...
