Diario de tlcfortigers, 15 may. 07

Well, today is my last day off so I have to get all my meals prepared for the next few days. It makes it so much easier. I worked out at the gym today for 45 minutes. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on weight lifting for mu arms. Tomorrow will be legs. I still have atleast 5 minutes on the Eliptical to do. I am trying to build myslef up on that sucker. LOL! I didn't have much to eat yesterday due to being so busy, though I was very hungary. I had an egg white omelet with onions and bell peppers and then I had a spaghetti squash last night with EVOO, fresh garlic, S&P and basil with a very little amount of fresh parmesan. Today's menu so far has been an egg white omelet with bell pepper and onions. I have not decided on dinner because we have a cookout for our Girl Scouts tonight and Relay for Life. Will let ya know.

It sure helps to have everything prepared. I cut a bunch of celery and store it in a tupperware full of water. LOVE spagetti squash--even the kids love it! At first I tricked them, but now they like to see it made :) Good luck with the workouts--take fast walks with your workout buddy...depending on your tennis game, it might be worth more calories to walk--eventually walk holding a 16oz water bottle in each hand, then progress....
