BOY, did I go over on calories today! Rather disappointed in that; also that I didn't make it kayaking like I'd hoped. Oh well, maybe next weekend. My daughter came home from college, and I made her favorite breakfast - sausage gravy & biscuits. Not exactly healthy low-cal fare, and DEFINITELY too high in the fat category. Really need to get back to the meal planning, that's for sure!
