here we are again weigh in wednesday,hopefully the numbers are good again this week. I weigh in at work so I'll be logging in later. I am extremely happy about the numbers on the scale this morning, and my blood sugar this morning was good too 120 fasting, still a long way to go but I am definitely encouraged.
