Happy Friday.
I stayed low for a few days because there was too much drama on FS. I find it that the best way to tune out the noise is to get away from it. I stayed in touch with a few of my FS buddies via texting and PMs. I have the right people in my camp. I am not logging foods here because I am writing them in a journal that I keep with me. I will log them on Monday when I put up that shocking weight entry.
People, the war against fat, loosing weight and getting in shape (why I exercise) is in your head, no other place. When you completely understand that your mind is stronger than your body, you will win.
I AM WINNING! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your journeys with me. I have taken bits and pieces from many of you in your journals and logs and I combined them with very powerful techniques and things are REALLY, REALLY working!(Stupid me should have done this months ago but this little Simba is learning to roar and I am ok with it)
