My goodness why a SHIZER week! Fell off the band wagon big style. Arguments at work arguments at home arguments with family. I gorged on junk and feel crap for it. Have been so busy that didn't even care about it. Have totally fallen off the wagon. Didn't help that a client gave me a box of 12 muffins.... Guess who ate them! So ironic as a week ago was boasting how much my mental attitude has changed....!
On a positive note was telling my friend all about the site and showing her all the good things and made me realise I miss coming on here! So sorry to me for falling off the wagon... Sorry to you that read my blog as haven't done it for awhile and really sorry to my email buddies... It's been awhile!
Anyway I'm bushed... Watching David Attenborough in bed and going to sleep!
