Diario de su2green, 17 dic. 06

My weight is fluctuating up and down right now. Cooking a lot for Christmas and I've had a raging sweet tooth! Must resist!

Just finished half an hour of a one hour yoga program. I realized I was just too tired to keep going. To give myself some credit I did strip the top off an old metal table this morning and had to scrape and clean off the binder and goo left on top. That has to count for something.

I need to get back in the exercise habit. I used to be so great about it, doing at least 45 minutes of intense sweaty exercise every day. Then work kind of took over and my schedule got outa wack and I didn't take the time to set a new schedule and stick to it. Guess that will be my New Year's Resolution which I need to get started on now!

Of course in the new year my schedule will be even crazier. Work problems are coming up and I'm hoping not to let the financial problems overwhelm me.

I am so happy for you that your into the yoga...i just don't think i am coordinated enough to do it. lol what do you like about about it...and dislike, if you don't mind me asking
