do you have the book? you might want to include an approved snack in between 9:30 and 2:00. You don't want to make your body think that it is starving. It will slow down your metabolism. It sounds crazy but those little snacks or eating will help to boost your metabolism. I love my stationary bike. I've lost a lot of weight several times due to pregnancies Using my bike and crunches....Increase your minutes every week. I used to ride it 60 minutes at least 5x. That was approx. 50 miles a week. They say you can burn 500 or more calories in an hour. Which if you stick with the fat smach program you will see results.
