Got sick as a dog last night. It is rare that I upchuck and boy did I. Haven't eaten a thing today and am almost done with a 33.8 oz bottle of water. So, not much water today, afraid to actually put much in my tummy. Not doin dinner tonight either. I may not even eat again until next spring!! Food = bad for me!! Always has but this time it came "up".
