Weigh still up, but it has stabilised. Yesterday I ate a 980 Kcal, Medium pork pie for lunch. Mind you, I hadn't had any breakfast and I did eat it with Tomatoes and Bistro Salad. It was superb!
Today I have been for my morning constitutional. It is a lovely sunny summer morning here. Not too warm, and yesterday's thunderstorms have cleared the air. I will get another good walk later this morning as well, when I go to see the nurse.
This will be a difficult day for eating. We are taking Madge's Mum for a hospital appointment, so apart from breakfast, every other meal will be caught pretty much on the go.

Glad you're getting some nice weather Jocko. In about three months I've got to go for major abdominal surgery. I shall probably be as poorly as you were afterwards :(

I like pork pies too, and the mini ones aren't too bad on calories 😁 Hope your day wasn't too bad. Doesn't sound like a lot of fun.

Bistro salad is a mix of Lambs Lettuce, Beetroot, Mixed Chard (Red Chard, Bulls Blood Chard). It wasn't a great day. Mum is needing Cataract surgery, at 92 years of age.So far today I have climbed 30 flights of stairs, managed over 8000 steps, and driven for 4 hours. And tomorrow is washing day!
