Diario de Kat86, 05 nov. 11

God I ate so so much yesterday! I just woke up so hungry een though I ate a meal the night before. I think it's because I missed breakfast as I had an early morning meeting and it threw me out totally. But today not doing anything apart from watching STRICTLY COME DANCING which I am sooo excited about but just goin to have a light prawn salad. Am really annoyed with myself about yesterday. But oh well can only be better today to make up for it.

You could always copy the dancing whilst watching to make up for Friday!! Well done on your last weigh in. I'm feeling more positive this week. I had a lovely run on Sunday morning - went up into the hills, got covered in mud, and came back feeling great! I'm definately getting my fitness back
