Very bad day yesterday. Binging ++. On top of same on Thursday, I suspect I have undone my small weight loss again and then some. Feeling disappointed with my choices. Food addiction at full swing - after a very busy week with VLA data entry job offer and too much ** which always seem to result in overeating. Ate 3 large bowls of icecream and honey on toast ++. I didn't weigh this morning, but normally loose go to jeans are uncomfortably tight today. Take this as a learning. Actually learn from it and move forward. I think I will weigh myself when the bathroom is free to be real about the damage.
