Yes the party is over and done with. Lots of eating on the weekend. Why did I get such a wonderful cake? It was the most delicious cake I have ever had. I'm definitely using that bakery again. We had lots leftover (it was a big cake) and I just sad there yesterday and enjoyed some leftovers. Funny cause I'm not big on left over cake.

Busy month and still trying to eat well for leaving to Mexico, but for some reason I just haven't really been able to stick with a good meal plan. I keep saying "I'll do it tomorrow". We will see how this week goes. I hope good cause I want my clothes to fit nice when I do end up leaving on vacation.

Today I'm planning on getting the Christmas tree (yes finally) I usually always get it after my daugthers birhtday so it looks like a birthday celebration and not a Christmas celebration. I try to always make sure that it is seperated since its so close to Christmas.

Aww, you're so cute with the tree. We're moving right now. It sucks having to do it little by little. Gosh we had so much stuff in the kitchen. It's been a nightmare packing everything up. What kind of cake did you get? Hopefully by next year I'll be able to start making cakes and cupcakes for people's parties. For a fee of course. I'm having a hard time sticking to anything right now, too. I don't have any food in the new house, really. Except for condiments and canned stuff. But I do have baking supplies, just haven't started baking yet. Sucks! Soon though. : )

Oh the cake!!!! The best part about the party. She had a huge cake. I went to this great bakery in Brea, its called Beverlys Best. the cake was round, very very tall. It was white cake with strawberry cream filling and the frosting was french buttercream. I compared the two American Buttercream and French, but went with the french and glad I did. It truly was the best cake I ever had. Beautiful too. My coworkers highly recommended that bakery. Hope all is well. I'm barely logging on today. Have a great 2010.
