Diario de loosinisfun, 14 dic. 09

goooooood mornin everyone...have been strugglin lately with my exercise and eating plan...not sure whats happened...its more or less like i hit burn out stage...just got to a place where im maintaining nicely, but not really showin any big losses...i was on the scales today an im down .2...better then nothing...so mabye that feeling of feeling thinner was more then a feelin the other day...cant decide what to do about my gym membership..i have until the 25th to decide...thought it would be a good thing to join 2 months ago...an now here i am an not even gettin any use out of it...am going to go to walmart today an look for a dance dvd an hoping i can get into that...i kno i need to find a different workout that i enjoy doing as with it gettin colder out, then mabye the dancing would get me thru the winter till it gets warmer again an i can get out more to exercise...plus it would be a different workout for my whole body...just journaling how i feel about my self and how things are gettin slower for me at the moment...and its something that most of us go thru at one point or another...just gotta reach deep inside an find that little bit of whatever it is...and get bck into the right frame of mind...i did meditate yesterday and plan on doing that at least once per day...i used it when i first started this journey and it helped to keep me more focused on what i wanted to achieve...sometimes its just a matter of sittin down an refocusing on what you want to achieve and then heading in that direction...well...breakfast is over...an i need to get up an make the bed...get a few things done, then head to walmart an see what i can find so i can start my day off better tomow...have a great day everyone...

loosin: what did you mean "no fishin this time of year"?? ...what about ice fishin? :) actually, it sounds like where you are it's too cold to do much of anything except throw logs on to keep a fire burning. Hey, even that burns calories, come to think of it. Seriously, I like your meditation idea - maybe that would help me. (Funny, I started to type "medication" instead of "meditation. Maybe if we meditate...so we won't need to medicate, as in with food and other remedies.) About the gym, I let my membership go a couple of month ago as it wasn't in the budget. I'm thinking of buying some cheap free weights and maybe one of those exercise balls and work at home. The tough part will be to make myself do the exercises, sit ups and all when there's no one looking...being accountable only to myself is when I usually fall down. Anyway, I truly sense that you are on the brink of a good weight drop-- just hang tight and keep being good because you're gonna reap the benefits any day now!!

Oh, I forgot to mention that I sometimes have ESP and I just know things...You're on the brink of a breakthrough...TRUST ME!
