thanks ladies.. i am determined to be better this week. I think the week goes so quickly you forget what you have eaten and that is was only yesterday! I think I will leave fridays to be my day where I can have my evening meal of what i want (to an extent of course)..my problem is doing the zumba an dfinding the time to do it.. but i have a plan and it will defo come into work 100% in jan!!
