I think I am in a danger zone right now - down 20kg but also thinking I can eat more calories because of breast-feeding and feeling "invincible" with the notion that I will "eat better tomorrow." This is how I have stacked on weight twice in the past 15 years.
So, from today, I am going to make more of an effort to track my food intake to make sure that I at least don't put weight back on.
