Finally! The scale moved! I knew it would eventually, but it makes me sad when it doesn't. I know I shouldn't expect it, but I get such a charge out of seeing it go down!

Congrats!! I LOVE seeing the scale move!! Mine hasn't in a week or two but I know why - because I'MMMM not moving!! haha ;) Maybe this week will be a good week for me to get back to the gym - now that things at home are settling down a bit. GO YOU! :)

Thanks Molly. I've been out of town for a while and haven't had access to the journals. Today I'm out to walk. I feel like I can't spare the time, but I must. I know! Good luck!
