I have been battling between 71kg - 71.5kg for a while now. Went to the gym for an hour of cardio and weight training. Weigh in this morning 71.9kg..... bleh just cant wrap my mind around it. But not going to give up. I musnt just look at what the scale says... i feel great.

Don't stress to much about it now. Give it time. Your body will reach a stage where it will fight to lose, and then before you know it weight-loss kicks in. Keep going

The weight gain after going to gym is water retention. Sore muscles hold onto water so that's the added weight that you are seeing on the scale. I had a look at your food diary now, are u recording everything you consume ? If you are then it's possible that you are eating too less and that also causes a slowdown in weight/fat loss.

Thanks Gyming.... No Big Boy, i havnt recorded everything.... Normally i just work it out in my head and think that im not going over my daily calories but i know i shouldnt do that. Lately im not having breakfast and rather a big lunch.

Try recording everything. I know its a bit of work but it will give you more insight into your macros so you can see if perhaps you are taking in too many carbs, too less protein, etc. Try adding a few low carb days where you keep carbs to under 30g(or under 50g if you exceed the 30g) for the day. Not sure if you tried fast days. Try it if you haven't.
