Day 30 Whole30: Well, today is the last day of me being on the Whole 30 meal plan. I will weigh and measure tomorrow. I feel as if I've lost weight. My stomach looks smaller, not bloated. If I don't lose a pound I'm happy I did this plan. I've felt extremely great on it. Today however I woke up with an upset stomach. I had watermelon last night and some cashews I don't think I fully digested them. I didn't feel like working out or eating much. I'm hoping I feel better by dinner. I can't wait to report my final results tomorrow.
