I was on a roll yesterday. Thought I might even get to do that 24 hr fast, then hubby "had" to have pizza. 1 piece, that is all I had (and I didn't eat all the crust) Anyway, today I decided I would eat "light" for most the day as we are going out to dinner tonight, mexican no less. Perhaps I can try the fast tomorrow as I will be busy most the day. If anything I will limit my caloric intake regardless what my tummy screams!
