I am feeling good and happy about the progress. I am a little ahead of schedule in my weight loss so I am expecting a fluctuation or to be stuck a weight for a week or two. But for now I am enjoying fitting into some clothes I haven’t worn in long time! Meanwhile, I haven’t told anyone at work of my efforts and no one has noticed yet (or they haven’t said anything.) I wonder how much weight you have to loss till it is noticeable to others.

Good job, people we work with see us everyday, so they don't notice when we lose weight until it's a very big difference. One day someone will say "Are you losing weight?" and you can just say "Do you think so, I hadn't really noticed." lol. Again, congrats! :-)
