Day 26 Whole30: I have four days to go and I'm hanging in there. I believe this eating plan will become a lifestyle. I feel great and I'm not worried about my weight which in itself is great. I've mainly been focused on how I feel. It's so hot here I'm loving my smoothies. I don't have much of an appetite when it's this hot.
