Diario de sweetsin, 26 oct. 11

Woohoo I'm on my 3rd day. My sugar cravings are terrible. I had a teaspoon of peanut butter last night and a couple of pecans to somewhat satisfy my sweet tooth. I knew I should have bought some sugar free candy to ease it when I was at the grocery store. I'm feeling good today though. I plan to excercise with weights today and do some sit up excercises. Maybe there still is hope for me yet. The scale is looking good. I'm hoping to lose 10 lbs in the 2 week induction period, 140s by April. That would be cool.

Someone,on the Atkins site,said that a dill pickle would stop sugar cravings.I tried it and it does help.Who knew.. Hang in there..You can do it!!! OH..p.s....Peanut butter and pecans are not allowed on induction..

Yeah for you! One more day or two will make a huge difference in those cravings! You can do it!

I start with around 25-30 carbs because if I don't I get really dizzy.
