blood sugar today was 128 (fasting) getting back on track with my carbs,as i said yesterday tomorrow will be a challenge as far as eating goes, i think i need to just not eat any of it and just bring my lunch like i usually do so i can control the carb intake. I also weigh in tomorrow and hope that i either stay the same or at least loose something. Thursday is nutriton class . Weigh in Wednesday wish me luck
