Diario de LANEYLOO, 07 dic. 09

I'm embarrassed to say I done nothing but eat for two day! why? I don't know but I havent logged my food as i know theres no point a clean sweep I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK! I have opened the door to eating crap again and I think it's because I had a wheetabix cake made for me and I have got the taste for it and I need to stop right now!

AND LOADS OF VEGIES A DN NOTHING I SHOULDNT HAVE TWO DAYS OF 1,400 calories should do it thinks xx
