have found in past few weeks that I'm not as obsessed with my weight and diet as I have been.. still watching what I eat of course and still walking an avg of 5 miles a day, I'm just not documenting every meal or what I eat.. I feel better not being so obsessed as I allow myself to have a few treats every now and then!!..
