Diario de loosinisfun, 22 oct. 11

AHHHH...saturday....goooooood mornin...played lazy yesterday an didnt really stick with any exercise program...no major walks...did pick some flowers since temps have been getting down to freezing...would of liked to have clipped the rest of them an been done with it but mom wasnt ready for me to do that yet...darn...could of had it all over with...todays plan is to do a walk in the park...i like going to the park because there are hills to walk down an then back up...gives my body a great workout that i dont get from just walking here in town...suppose to be in the 60s again today...right now 34...brrr....not my kind of weather...an its only gonna get colder....as the months change....

i read somewhere that in order to get your weight off...you need to eat like your already at your goal weight...and for anyone looking for a calculator to see what you need to be eating in calories i found this site... calories required ....hope it helps...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. USING THE FS MENU CHART IS A GREAT WAY OF TRACKING WHAT I EAT OR AM GOING TO EAT !!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. AS MY GOALS GET CLOSER..CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY IS USE TO THE SAME WORKOUTS !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN I EXERCISE, I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
10. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!

I checked mine and I need to only eat around 1200 cals a day..thats what I thought so I will have to adjust again...Thanks for this buddy.. Have a great Saturday......☺
