Diario de jennmorris, 20 oct. 11

Trying not to overdo it. I packed my gym clothes and brought them to work with me today and went right to the gym after my 9 hour shift. Now Im so beat, had a nice big salad, very satisfing. Although I do wish I could find a dressing that is low calorie and tastes good. I m eating red wine vinagrette now, not really thrilled on the taste.

I haven't been eating any of my "yummy stuff"...& healthy food can taste like crap lol. I just try to tell myself it tastes great over and over, and it seems to be working. Anyways you look very gorgeous already on your display pic, wish you tons of luck on your goal.

thank you Razzle!! I have discovered "Nutella" it is a hazelnut spread that is very healthy and yummy on apples or celery
