Diario de Honestly, 18 oct. 11

Today's lesson in irony: The exercise equipment that I wanted to buy would not support my weight.
Kind of a kick to the stomach for me honestly. Yes, it was "cheap" equipment but seriously? Weight limit was 250lbs. My goal weight is 240lbs! (An issue I will address when I'm closer to it.) Clearly that exercise eqipment was not designed for fat people! Also, I went into a Casey's today, hungry! Being nutrionally challenged as I am, I bought a wedge of cheese and coffee. That little wedge of cheese was 218calories!!! And not even filling. Then, board with my treadmill, I walked the bike path today. Apparently the treadmill burns more calories. Damn. Still I am moving forward. Learn and move on right? Ok that's enough bellyaching. Will do better from here.
