way high on the calories today due to a conference for work. should not have had the croissant sandwich, should have only eated the meat and tomato. Weigh in Wednesday tomorrow a little nervous about the possible gain. Meet with the nutrionist tomorrow hopefully she will be able to come up with a meal plan I can live with. Blood sugar not terrible this morning but still hovering in the 130's. All I can say at this point is GOD please help me to stay on track.
